Hey guys still knee deep in writing my book. The first draft should be done Friday, so maybe I can get back to a regular blog schedule. Things have been good, not much going on other than writing, about 9 – 5 everyday. Inspiration finally really hit me. I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to stuff like this, but I’m learning to just write, let God speak and be happy with it. If it sales a million copies, great, but if not, at least I feel like I’m being true to myself. At least I think I am. I shouldn’t consider it too hard. I’m thinking too much.
Anyway, I wanted to say hello and, hopefully, be the first to give you your first glimpse at James Cameron’s Avatar II !!!!!!!!! Sorry for the width of the video, but I wanted you to get the full cinematic feel.
Not only is this funny, it’s great satire in that the greatest satire always points to truth. I saw someone who took a story-treatment of Disney’s Pocahontas and replaced the character and place names with those from Avatar. It read just like the movie. It’s incredible visually and technically, but story-wise? I’ve heard it before a million times.
